This individual will lead the production and management of our industry leading Smart Form Library. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for managing an outsourced team of 10+ members and facilitating consistent communications with our Customer Success and Product Teams. You will need a strong eye for detail and the ability to demonstrate ownership of ad-hoc projects. As a part of the Customer Success Team, you will have an opportunity to learn the way our clients use the platform to better understand how to execute your role as well as handle support requests when needed.
